So I attended a beautiful wedding on Friday. The first of three weddings I will be attending in 2012 so far. It was absolutely gorgeous and made me so happy. There is nothing like seeing two happy people who have waited and served God patiently be rewarded for their faithfulness. I couldn’t even feel sad that she will be leaving for New York because it’s definitely time for this new chapter in her life. My favorite part of the wedding was the humility and passion for Christ that was demonstrated. Their vows included the words “to serve” and he washed her feet afterwards. It was truly truly beautiful and blessed me so much. And then afterwards we partied the night away at the reception lol so it was a perfect combo. Great way to start the New Year off and I can’t wait to see what happens next!
